113 CSA Customer Onboarding: What You Need to Know
June 23, 2021 by Corinna
What if you found out you were starting your CSA earlier than planned? What if you had to communicate a LOT of details to your customers in just…. 4 days?
This is exactly what happened to me in 2021. I had to distill 2 weeks of “customer onboarding” information into a few very small sound bytes. And in the process, I left a lot of content on the cutting room floor. How did I decide what to talk about? What information do you need to share with your CSA members in the early weeks?
Customer onboarding is very important to insuring the success of your customer. You should have a system in place for WHAT to communicate and WHEN. This episode will break down the “first wave” of info, followed by the “second wave” and give you a solid game plan for how to break it all down fast.
