140 ReBroadcast: Should You Start a CSA? Ask These Questions First

In a season when CSAs are once again “hot” on the market, you may be asking yourself, “Should I start a CSA for my farm this year? Is this the time?” Before you make this important decision, it’s wise to ask yourself, “Do I have what it takes?”

In this episode, I interview my husband and business partner, Farmer Kurt Bench, and we explore some of the questions we think you should ask yourself first, before you hit the “GO” button. Over the years, we’ve noticed what many of the successful CSA farmers seem to have in common. And we thought you might appreciate an inside-view of the qualities and resources it helps to have to make success come together a little faster and easier.
