We discuss several strategies for communicating the big (and small) calls to action that will drive your customer to the next step. We need to think through the prescribed journey we want our customers to take from start to finish, and then be ready to tell them what to do at each step in the journey.

I also share 3 mistakes that I see farmers making when they issue their calls to action.
