47: Mapping Out Your Customer’s Experience

Great marketers think of themselves as a travel agent.
Your job is to engineer the perfect journey for your ideal customer through your brand. You must identify the key actions, feelings, thoughts, and repetitive tasks you want them to take to experience success as fast as possible.
What does it take to get them there?
In this episode, I give you specific examples of what “milestones” can look like, and I challenge you to create systems in your business to make sure that the majority of your clients pass through these milestones consistently.
