Some of the resources mentioned in this episode:
- Find my Facebook group for farmers! I jump in here every week to teach farmers tips and fundamentals of marketing.
- My CSA Membership Academy — I talk about this in the podcast at length. It’s been a lifeline for my CSA members. Join this online library on a monthly or annual basis and get access to the “success path” I’ve created for my CSA members to help them become really good at using their box. I have a lot of farmers who purchase the Academy to help them get ideas and templates for their own training system. Join now for a month, and cancel anytime!
- Facebook Group Mastery Course — I created a course to help farmers create a facebook GROUP for their CSA. We have found this to be an indispensable part of our customer service experience for our members. If I had to start all over again, I’d DEFINITELY make one of these for my members. I use it to onboard my tribe, teach them how to succeed with the box, and connect them to each other. I also upsell my members on new offers and increase my revenues! Learn how to build a group that is really engaged and active!
- I mention the Customer Value Journey episode in this podcast. If you aren’t sure what that is, go back to episode 4 and listen to it! I consider it a fundamental of marketing, and it will help you see the framework for how customers progress through your brand.
