68 Case Study- What the Homeschooling Industry Can Teach Us about Business Marketing

Kurt and I recently decided we were going to homeschool our 2 boys because of what’s going on with schools and COVID. For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been researching all kinds of options so I could be ready to pull the trigger if needed.
As I was going through this process, I began to notice all kinds of “marketing strategies” in the homeschooling industry. What were they doing to help me be ready to buy into this philosophy? What was being done so I would be 100% ready to spend $500 on curriculum resources for homeschool?
It was a fascinating case study. And so I decided I’d document the journey in this podcast. So even though I use the lens of a homeschooling product as my example, I pull out the application points for each section of the journey to show you what YOU could be doing in YOUR industry (aka farming) to apply the same concepts.
