Remember that commercial with the Hootie the Owl and Tootsie Roll Pops? He would ask, “How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop?”…

Turns out, there’s actually an answer to that question. Lots of people have crafted experiments to find out. Answers range from 364 to 641. You can read some of the answers gathered here.

Now… what if I asked YOU, “How many customer touch points does it take to get a person to turn into a customer?…” Do you know the answer to this question? And more importantly: do you have a strategy to keep those touch points happening?
