133 Case Study: What a Great Sales Funnel Looks Like – Hocking Hills Canopy Tours

November 10, 2021 by Corinna

In mid-October, my family and I took a weekend vacation in an area of southern Ohio known as Hocking Hills. One of the activities we wanted to do was a zipline canopy tour. I’d never done something like this before, so I researched online to find the perfect place to go.

Wow. Was it amazing.

In fact, it wasn’t just the zipline tour itself that was awesome. The entire sales funnel was impressive.

Maybe it’s because I’m especially attuned to marketing and sales. But Hocking Hills Canopy Tour did so many things well from the moment I discovered them online, that pulled me into a fantastic customer experience.

In this podcast, I document my experience from start to finish. I share 6 different elements of their sales funnel that made an impression on me. My hope is that you can pull out some marketing insights from this story to see what a great sales funnel can look like for your farm business.
