134 The Secret to Increasing Your Profits
November 17, 2021 by Corinna
How do you increase your profit as a business?
Hint: it’s NOT getting more customers.
For the LONGEST time, I spent all my marketing efforts on trying to acquire as many customers as possible.
Although this is one way to grow your revenue, it is the SLOW way.
In this podcast, I share the breakthrough principle that helped our business turn the corner a few years ago and start prioritizing our profits.
Once you hear it, you’ll say, “Of course!” But surprisingly, this wasn’t intuitive for me. In fact, I spent the first 10 years of my business in the dark about it.
I challenge you to take what you hear from this episode, and then look for specific ways you can apply it to next year’s workflow and goals.
Good news: it’s not as hard as you think.
