Farm Marketing School Meets Group Coaching
I want to help you build a kick-ass marketing system.
When you join my 3-month Accelerator coaching program, you and a small group of farmers will study and build 3 of the essential elements your business needs to attract new clients, turn them into paying customers, and build a strong brand. We create these marketing assets one at a time, month-by-month until they’re all in place. Then we stitch the sections of your marketing machine together and watch it do its magic.
We do this powerful work together — in a small group cohort of up to 15 farmers — who are sharing ideas and helping each other get to the finish line. I’m actively mentoring you and answering your questions, offering real-time feedback on your progress and helping you overcome your mindset blocks!
Through Accelerator, you’ll start to identify the critical tasks that matter most to generating reliable income for your business. You’ll practice them, with my support, until they don’t feel so overwhelming. You’ll get ideas from your fellow cohort members to accelerate your growth. You’ll figure out what’s “good enough” to bring in the profits, and you’ll feel more confident that you’re doing the right things.
What’s included in Accelerator?
This group experience is part “Marketing School” and part group coaching. First, I want to teach you how to build the most important assets required for your farm business. But I also want to give you an execution plan so you get it done!
When you enroll in Accelerator, you make a commitment to our group of farmer-entrepreneurs for 3 months (October, November, 2024, and January 2025).
Each month, we will focus on a different marketing element in your business, and our goal is to build that marketing element by the end of the month. I make the monthly project assignment doable by breaking it down into small steps, so you are motivated to get to the finish line, and the enite cohort of farmers is there with me to hold you accountable through coaching calls, hot seats, and mentoring.

Each month, I cover a different “marketing fundamentals” topic live in a virtual teaching session over Zoom. I share the key principles and the step-by-step playbook so you know exactly how to build and optimize your assigned marketing element that month. This training is recorded and stored in our membership area for future audiences to benefit from.
Monthly Resource Drop & Project Planner
After the teaching session, I share some kind of resource drop to help you get your homework assignment done faster. It might be a PDF of website examples, a swipe file of email copy, or a Canva template to get you started. I also give you a project planner timeline with all the steps. This resource is stored in the membership area, and ready to download whenever you need it.
Monthly Group Coaching – SHOW AND TELL
Each month, I’ll put up to 4 students into the “hot seat” during a live Zoom call. We’ll review some element of your project and offer our feedback. You and your fellow farmers will learn from your work and be inspired to make their own versions better! These sessions are recorded and can be watched later in case you miss them. (Note: These recordings may be made available to my podcast audience to benefit from).
Monthly Group Mastermind
Each month, I offer our community of farmers a chance to connect and share what they’re learning in a Community Zoom call. This is the place to ask questions, share what’s working, and get advice on anything related to your business! Meant to be a monthly “catch-all” to help our community build friendships and get additional mentorship support. (Note: These recordings may be made available to my podcast audience to benefit from).
Two 1:1 Coaching Calls
I’m including one 30-minute live coaching Zoom call with me. You can use it any time before January 31, 2024. I’ll help you through your questions or mindset blocks and get you unstuck!
A Community of Growth-Mindset Farmers
Getting the right people in the room is critical to achieving success on a project. I’ve created a Facebook group for Accelerator members, so you can share ideas and progress during our collaboration together. We host additional events like book studies or discussions on topics of interest. We offer Accountability Pods to keep you honest. Each month, we will focus on building one specific marketing asset for your business. I teach you the core principles and how to do it. I show you examples to get you started. You get to work on that month’s execution plan. Mid-way through the month, the group meets to offer feedback on your first draft, and we hold you accountable so you get the job done within 30 days.

The first month’s session for new members is set (Optimize Your Farm Sales Funnel). But I want this group to be led by your needs, too. So I will be polling the group along the way to help determine our topics for the other 2 months.

Why I Built Accelerator.
I’m Corinna, co-owner of Shared Legacy Farms, a 450 member certified organic CSA in northwest Ohio, and the founder of My Digital Farmer Accelerator Coaching program.
Can I be honest?… I struggled with marketing during my early years in business. I remember being put in charge of marketing, feeling completely under-qualified, and utterly powerless to do anything about it. I remember what it was like not knowing if we’d have enough cash flow to make ends meet. And feeling like it was my fault.
I didn’t have a guide. I didn’t know there was a framework to follow that created loyal clients. That’s when I discovered online marketing strategies from mentors outside the farming space. And when I began to use them, my farm’s CSA retention rate jumped from 66 percent to 78 percent in just one year. That was just the beginning. I drank the Koolaid, diving deep into email marketing, social media, SEO, website messaging, copywriting, and customer research — and I never looked back!
I started Accelerator so I could teach other farmers these same online marketing tactics that build a profitable business — because I remember what it was like floundering around without a playbook. And I know you need it.
